What is your thing that you can’t help but buy more of, can’t get enough of, and can’t resist to buy when you found another good one? My husband’s is board games. My best friend’s is perfume. Mine is frames. It’s not about if I have enough wall space or even if I have something that needs to be framed!—it’s just this love for displaying photos, prints…art. Frames go hand-in-hand with being a photographer. It’s just the cherry on top for my craft. There’s seeing your photo on the big monitor after you shot it, there’s the feeling of seeing it printed and holding it on paper…and then there’s seeing it framed. It gets me every time.! My favorite favorite look in a frame is : small print, oversized matte. chef’s kiss It just sings. It lures you in to squint your eyes and see what story is being told. Don’t think frames are only reserved for sun-kissed family portraits and airbrushed weddings. Use them to make your own gallery in your own home. Your own curated collection of moments or pieces that mean something to you. Here are some frames on our art ledges, and others I have my eyes on.
